1. Warranty Coverage

All IoTezy hardware products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

b. What Is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Malfunctions under normal usage conditions

c. What Is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by external factors, including power surges, water, or environmental conditions
  • Consumables such as batteries and cables, unless explicitly included in the warranty

2. Warranty Claim Process

a. How to File a Claim:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the hardware showing the defect.
  3. Wait for our team to review your claim and provide further instructions.

b. Return of Hardware:

  • If the claim is approved, you will be instructed to send the hardware to our designated service center.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective under warranty.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

c. Inspection and Approval:

  • Once received, our team will inspect the hardware to verify the defect.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

3. Repair and Replacement

a. Repairs:

  • Defective hardware will be repaired using original or equivalent parts.
  • Repairs are covered under the original warranty period or 90 days from the repair date, whichever is longer.

b. Replacements:

  • If a replacement is issued, it will be of the same model or an equivalent model if the original is no longer available.
  • Replacement products inherit the remaining warranty period of the original hardware.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

a. Third-Party Purchases:

  • This warranty applies only to hardware purchased directly from IoTezy.com.

b. Commercial Use:

  • Hardware used in industrial or commercial settings may be subject to different warranty terms. Please refer to your purchase agreement for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

IoTezy’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective hardware. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or software
  • Downtime or operational losses
